Number called twice, purporting to be from Caernarfon. Hangs up on answering. In my experience this is an auto-dial check to make sure that a real person answers the number. I will no doubt be getting calls from the Indian subcontinent, with the caller using redirect software to make the call appear to be coming from the UK. A Company calling itself Home Response rang and offered home appliance cover which I foolishly took out. They said they would send documents and gave this number to call in the event of a breakdown. They have taken money from my account but I have had no documents and get put on long hold when I ring the number - nobody answers. Can anyone throw any light on this company?
