Wanted to know about my accident but had no information regarding this presumed accident. Redialing the number, it is unobtainable. Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. I AM complaining to TPS and anyone accepting complaints about deceptive worrying cold calling.

Number being used by firm or individual to make automated scam calls with recorded announcement thanking you for your custom and that as they have miraculously detected illegal activity/virus infection your broadband will be blocked in one hour unless you call the number given (and presumably give them all your details so they can steal your identity and empty your bank account). After delivery of appliance from A.O.com I keep receiving calls from this number several times a day. I had guessed it would be them as I ve not had any unknown numbers on my phone until this order. Like others have commented, if I wanted to buy extended cover I would ask for it myself. Disappointed with this type of sales calls.
