Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

They are part of the scam adverts that facebook are running and they got my number from an advert as I bait scammers and expose them.
