This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. I m guessing this is some complete time waster.. or cold caller because I got a call from this useless person. And when I tried to call them back they refuse point blank to pick up the phone. All I get is some bogus voicemail message. Either it was a time waster who dialled the wrong number or else there is some bogus cold caller because they never pick up the phone.
