I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. You can supposedly email [email protected] to update your preferences. I haven't tried it yet, but it should stop the calls.

If I started calling a random person and doing this BT would trace the calls and the police, quite rightly, would be down on me like a ton of bricks. I m a little person you see. I am expected to obey the law and pay my taxes or face the consequences. The law doesn t apply to big business though. They can do what they like and the government does sod all about it. It s all very well for too
Automated message saying I was being investigated for tax evasion! and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest by Hmrc. Considering I am a basic paye tax payer, it was clearly a scam. Number blocked.

I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
