I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. Had a call from a male from this number yesterday asking about my Covid vaccination status and what life insurance I had. I told him that I was not willing to disclose this information to him and he got quite annoyed so I put the phone down.
