My response was "Well if I am due a refund then pay it back using the Direct Debit that it was taken by".. that seamed to confuse him a bit but was back on script... Same thing, this number has been ringing and asking for my personal details so that they can talk to me about my account. I refused to give them those details, rang my bank who said they would never make a call like that and that there was no reason fro them to call me.
