Fraud - Robo message saying "This is 'bank' security, we have detected an unuthorised transfer..." Its a definate scam! What bank? If a transfer was "Unauthorised", then it should have been declined by the issuing bank, if not, the 'bank' would be liable! Reporting these calls to Actionfraud is a waste of time - nothing happens and it is a difficult process. It is about time this matter became an election issue! They phone me almost every day. They never leave a message and I am not in a job where I can just answer the phone without having to think about others. I have responsibilities so will not answer the phone during the work day. That can be from 07.30 until even 20.00 at least once a week. They are annoying.

Been getting 4 to 6 calls a day from this number. Don t answer after seeing other comments but am really fed up with these phone vermin.
Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. What had started off a terrible experience was transformed by Pete's input. It was most impressive customer service. Thanks Mark

SCAM - calling to me once today at around 16:00 o clock about i'm on something blacklisted trading, they told me that, which is not understand to me, and what is that mean even hahaha? when i asked her about how did you proceed my data, how did you know my phone call and my name? She did not told me anything and hang up, because she knew this is a breaking GDPR law. By the way, she told me, she wanted contact with me everyday which is a pure lie.

I had a email apparently from Meta (Facebook) to say this number (07956836341) had been added to my Facebook account and with a link to report this if it wasn’t me who added the number. The date on the email was wrong (Friday 6th June 2023 doesn’t exist). The link asked for my FB password so I didn’t continue. I checked my FB security details and no number had been added. It looks as though this is a scam to try to access FB passwords.
