Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

Answered this call and was met with a dialling tone ... Googling the number showed it to be linked to "Ambulance Chasers". They won t get a chance to call again as I ve blocked it on my iPhone. I have been inundated with calls in the last week from different numbers, but don t know why as I HAVEN T had an accident! Hopefully the law will be changed soon to bin these nuisance calls.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Cold call from someone claiming to be from British Gas wanting to send engineers to fit smart meter.

I received a call saying I had won a photoshoot worth ?250 for myself and a friend. I never enter these sort of competitions so was suspicious. The lady tried to get me to make a booking but said I could change it at a later date if needed. I refused to commit and said I needed more time.
