SCAM CALL. Claimed to be from sky. Knew I had Sky package said I had technical issues. English not their first language. As a test I said no I don’t have technical issues, I don’t even have Sky! Her tone changed and she said “you do have sky the way you know is to look at your dish outside” Asked me to confirm details and I just felt suspicious. Her tone was really sharp and demanding saying I needed to confirm my details so they can fix the problem. Hung up and called Sky from my phone. they confirmed=SCAM

They didn’t even know my name and I’ve been with them for 20 years….jokes, but they did say they can confirm if I give them my email address….I don’t think so pal, they must of thought I was born yesterday, and I clearly stated to them I think your lying and prove yourself. The caller call extremely rude and abusive once I made it clear I wasn’t going to engage with her request to listen to her pitch. She called me a bitch a couple of times, went off on another tangent and hung up on me.

To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.

I’ve just been called from this number claiming to be my credit card fraud check. It mentions two extremely high transactions, not made by me, then to press 1 to authorise or 2 to talk to customer service. I didn’t, I hung up, checked all my cards.
