Just been called from this number claiming to be from BT Openreach wanting my Internet details as my security had been compromised. When challenged the caller was rude and hung up on me.This website suggests the phone is based near Greater Manchester but a phone locator website suggests it is based in London. Calling the number back yielded no response.

Received an automated call from this number today on my landline, saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my card one on Amazon, and the other for a International Money Transfer. Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. No such information being processed.

Two calls from these CLINTS today so far. Silence when I answered. These ass holes are blighting my landline. If I started calling a random person and doing this BT would trace the calls and the police, quite rightly, would be down on me like a ton of bricks. I m a little person you see. I am expected to obey the law and pay my taxes or face the consequences. The law doesn t apply to big business though. They can do what they like and the government does sod all about it. Called me on my mobile at 7.30pm. Quoted my name then said he was calling about my life insurance. When i said i had a financial advisor (which i do) he started shouting aggressively "if you ve got a financial advisor, tell me his name and his middle name". Cut him off and blocked the number.
