Ok seems like this number has called people starting on 23March 2023. As do not no anyone in Dagestan or Russia for that matter i did not answer. They left no voicemail as regards why they phoned so treating it as a scam and blocked it.
Phone marked it as potential scam/spam, then no voicemail was left. Wouldn't trust it.

An Asian accented female called from this number. Insisting she was from Vodafone. Said she had a deal for me and was given my number to offer this great deal but no details about my contract. I said she should have my contract, she said no, this went back and forth. The deal was worse then my current contract. I said she was wasting my time. She said I was wasting hers and got rude. He said he was working for Amazon and needed to track down who had ordered 2 mobile phones from Amazon using my bank details (which he had) but had arranged to be delivered to an address that was not mine. I went along with it up to the point of transfer and he then became pressing and agitated.

Supposedly VISA advising me that debits have been made on my card. This is a scam! It is a recorded message expecting a response. The next step is that they want to verify the card number etc and hey ho! you've lost your money.
