I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. I phoned the number and gave up after 57 minute being on hold. Very very persistent and irritating number of calls to my mobile. Dozens of telemarketing calls in the past weeks, sometime FIVE in a day.

Have just called my office claiming to be police and when i requested they give me there collar number and reason for call they asked me to confirm my card details as they have found my card , when i stated i was a investigator of fraud and all calls were recorded and passed to police they hung up so staff called back and an african man answered and said u called me never called u me not know nufin and me not in london me no no where i am , me is no fraud ster , yea rite , avoid this number with the plague

Got called by this number at 16.56. Woman asked if I had followed up a PPI claim. I told her I wasn't interested but she just continued with her script. Extremely frustrati...

Not sure, but seemed to want all my ID details to confirm the refund I was to receive in couple of days, and was vague about who was calling, claimed to be some sort of Financial Authority. Number is Manchester area, and with all due respect to friends in Manchester, apart from Blackburn Lancashire, a call centre dialled call from Manchester rings more alarm bells than phone bells.
