As an unrecognized call, the call went to answerphone and rang off as soon as the caller realized this, therefore leaving no message.

28 Dec 2021 - Claimed to be offering some phone deal (hard to tell exactly what, through thick Indian accent). I repeatedly challenged him on not having checked my number against Telephone Preference Service "do not call" list, and eventually he apologised and hung up. Reply
HMRC scam saying i would be arrested if i did not ring back.
I answer phone screaming in pain, man ask me if I have accident in last 3 month, I scream "Yes!" He say I may have claim, and ask when I have accident? I scream "when running for phone! I slip, I fell, I ouch!" He say claim exclude last 3 minute. I cry. Then weird man ask if I want sky? I scream "I looky at sky, my legs die when fall answering phone for claim no happen." Freaky man ask if I want new boiler for free!!! Well, I say ok.. He then say £10 for 1st month, £80 2nd month, then breakdown cover £5678

I have caller display and never answer a call with a number I don t recognise. TPS is useless as these scam merchants don t use the listings anyway, and TPS cannot do anything about it. ICO doesn t seem to do much either. Simply let it ring... my answer-phone kicks in after twenty rings and is completely blank. I know who might call me and which calls I will answer.

Purported microsoft engineer calls to victims home with all information of target (address tele#) saying hacker trying to acccess your PC and then directs individual to website for downloading software whose purpose is to allow caller remote control of home PC. A family member woith dementia was VERY rude to a telemarketer and we are now on their repeat list. TPS will do nothing as UClaim4Me insist that they received my invitation to call and in any case are only "advising" us of a "service" they offer. It s bad enough coping with Alzheimer s without the apparently legal harassment.

Claimed not to be selling anything but was clearly a sales call. Very thick accents made them very hard to understand, hung up on them after I realised I wasn t going to get a straight answer.
