Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Scam and/or phishing attempt. It attempted to get me to message the phone number via WhatsApp. The person had sent an SMS from another number (07566706069) claiming to have dropped their phone down the toilet and that they’d instantly acquired a new phone. They asked me to message specifically via WhatsApp (???). This is the fourth message I’ve had this week, from a variety of unknowns, being asked to message a new number by someone claiming to have lost/damaged their phone.

Got a call from this number today and I see people are saying it’s a scam. She asked if I was a housing tenet and did I have any repairs that haven’t been done. She meant mould and such but I don’t know what she could scam me out of. If anyone knows could they tell me worried about this.

NB: WHY would a GLOBAL company be calling me from same Area Code!? Probably to panic people into giving out personal details (ie Bank info)!!! Best Advise: NEVER answer call from an UNEXPECTED number you DONT KNOW, let answer phone take it. Saves you a lot of hassle!

This is another number used by "Alex from the Solar Centre" It is a SCAM, bot ! A cleverly set up bot that can make some sensible replies to my enquiries. e.g. Q Are you working from home? A < a standard response> Please can you repeat that. But then went back to the same old preamble about 4 free home installations in the Dorset area, which it had said 3 times this week already .Each time I block the number, it pops up from an other one!

Fraud - foreign-sounding caller purporting to be from VISA Security. When I asked which VISA account the suspect transaction was on the caller swore and hung up. I don't believe that is VISA policy or that VISA fraud investigation works from a questionable domestic number appearing to be in Stafford.

You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!
