I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. They claim they don't have
I get this number calling me 3 or 4 times a day, got a call this morning sat 14th at 9.40 thy are a pain.

SCAM - repetitive message phishing for information
Fraud - complete fraud. Recording comes up stating that you have been connected with a fraud in your name and you will be arrested if you do not click on continue. Unbelievable. These people should be put in jail.
Accident claims call
SCAM Person pretends to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I said I’m not interested, they said “Okay then you don’t know what you’re talking about, get lost.” and hangs up.
Asked to take part in an 18 min survey about smile.co.uk. Refused.

Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.
Got a call from this number this morning saying they were from the Carphone Warehouse...... they rang off when I mentioned the number displayed did not appear to be a business number
