Just had a call asking if we did embroidery services (which we don't) and digital services for design work. He then asked me for the prices we charge for this? I told him that we do not have a standard charge and I will not be stating a value - very thick accent which was hard to be able to understand fully. Very polite though.

Fraud Call - I got a called from this number saying they were from O2 and offering me a 40% discount on my bill. They said I would receive a code from them and to read it out to them. I got 2 messages from O2 saying I had requested a security code and not to give the code to anyone and if I suspected fraud to call 202. The lady got really aggressive when I said I wouldn't give her the code as O2 shouldn't need the code. When I said I would check if this was ok she gave me another number to call to verify -

When they ring , they always get me out of bed, when i look at the number on the phone screen its very close to my area number so i answer , then there's a delay while it clicks and connects to a different part of the world and then a foreign sounding lady always mis- says my name with a long eee at the beginning and there is an office noise back ground . Probably a scammer. This number has made repeated nuisance calls since 30 May 2023. I have a call screening phone and they never go through call screening to announce themselves or leave a message. They’ve called me on various weekdays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Calls have been in the daytime and evening, with one made after 8pm. This is not a company as they don’t call at those times. Anyone genuine would leave a message.
