Call from Amazon. Told to go online and check emails because somebody was taking £700 from my account. I said no and rang off. Called again wanting to know why I rang off and to get on the computer. Awaiting callback from my GP when this call came. Male caller talked about a free medical emergency pendant, but implied that there was a paid membership. It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue. He asked about my willingness to give a testimonial, talking about medical response times, peace of mind for family - I was becoming further mystified as to why I was being called. Suspicious.
