When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. This number was used in call pretending to be my daughter needing almost £2000 luckily I caught on quite quickly and did not loose any money. Have to say conversations on Watsap were very convincing but I have all bank details to which they wanted money to be transferred and made them aware I had reported all details. Hope this helps someone else stay safe.
