This people are south Asian (their tone is Indian like),They told they are are from Carphone warehouse. when i asked for email and they send me an email from : <[email protected]> which clearly states it is scam. Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. Phoenix Solutions? Phoned to arrange a home visit to my elderly mother during COVID-19. Would not accept my mum's refusal of this service and kept pressuring until she agreed.
I ve been on holiday for a couple of days. upon my return if found my answering machine with 26 calles from this number. no one ever speaks.
Recorded message, stating that they're HMRC and that if I don't press 1 to speak with an agent, I'll be arrested for Tax Evasion.

Two calls from these CLINTS today so far. Silence when I answered. These ass holes are blighting my landline. If I started calling a random person and doing this BT would trace the calls and the police, quite rightly, would be down on me like a ton of bricks. I m a little person you see. First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man.
