Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Man with Asian accent said he was from Microsoft and that I had a serious problem with my computer. Told him to write me a letter and send by post before putting the phone down. He called back three more times arguing with me, telling me to sit in front of my computer and follow his instructions.

A very strong Caribbean accented gentleman calling on what appeared to be a poor quality Internet phone line. I could not understand where he said he was calling from or on behalf of what organisation. He launched into his script and seemed unfazed by me stating that the newspaper I read was the 'Mickey Mouse Weekly' and although chuckled did not question me further when I told him my age was 155. The 'interview' continued by me giving similarly stupid answers to some questions and refusing to answer others
