Scammers from BT trying to screw business from angry ex-customers who left them and went to EE and its predecessors. BT boght EE to try and increase its customer base and are breaching the Data Protection Act by calling ex-customers who have made it clear

This is a scam concerning your credit score. Fortunately, I had checked my score the previous day and there was nothing untoward, in fact I had the top score of 999. Maybe I should have let the caller, who had an extremely thick foreign accent, continue but I didn’t let him get further than saying there were bad markers against my name. He did have my correct name.

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

I answered the call to be greeted by complete silence then what seemed to a recorded "goodbye" and a bleep.

SCAM Persistent automated calls claiming to be from 'your internet provider' (immediately an obvious scam as your own internet provider would identify themselves!) then threatens disconnection due to illegal activity on the account. Presume will then attempt to extort money, but don't listen to call beyond the first bit.

Claiming to be purchasing Manager at Asda - email badly written definately a scam!

Caller asked for Ms X - said not here. Asked if a family member - no. Caller hung up.
