rang 4 times today but I let it go to answer machine, no message left, each time I`ve done the 1471 and its Laithewaithe`s presumably trying to sell me more wine. I placed my first on line order with this company just before Christmas (36 bottles of wine) 4 days after Christmas I got a call from them trying to sell me more, which I declined. They have pestered me 3 or 4 times a day almost every day ever since.Aargh!!! pass the wine somebody!!!

Phoned telling me they had a cheque to send for refund of bank charges. Had my name and address, wanted my date of birth. When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up.
