SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.

I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. Had a call from this number saying she was from ee offering 45% off told her I was with o2. 3 minutes later the same woman rings on a different number with the exact same pitch but said she was from o2.

Said he was from home recovery company and I was entitled to £140 plus rebate , I said you’ve lost me he hung up immediately
