Claimed to be from Lloyds fraud protection giving home location and claiming card was used at another location. Quickly realised it was a scam call and went to quickly hang up, the caller made a very strange noise beforehand lol.

Female asked politely how I was then what handset I had. Said I do not want contact and told her she is breach of Telephone Preference and Information Commissioner. She hung up. I expect many more fraudulent calls now!

Obvious fraud. They claim to be from o2, wanting to save you money. They actually use o2s own "forgotten password" link do send you a message directly from o2, with a code that they can use to access your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS CODE!

We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.

I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. Was called up by a scam callcenter that told me that there was a problem with a payout from my life insurance, They had my name and phone number, but everything else was very clearly not legit so not the most professional scam I've seen.

100% nuisance caller. Starts with a guy who sounds likes he is mildly retarded asking to speak with "accounts payable". Ask who they are, he is evasive and eventually responding "Sovereign" regarding foreign payments. Doesn't matter how politely, or not so politely, you ask them to stop calling they will ring again a few weeks later. We just put him on hold and and leave him there.

When I said I was retired, she said I wouldn’t be eligible for a tax rebate when I asked what the reason for the call was. She signed off.

Telling me I have had two withdrawals from my bank - one being from Amazon for £300 and the other for a couple of thousand from abroad. I had a phone call from (supposedly local) yesterday also saying this! Ignored it.
