Gentleman with a northern accent claiming to be our towns child safety officer Telling us how we'd signed up to a child safety booklet to go to our local schools. As he couldn't pronounce the names of the schools correctly that didn't really help his cause Told him we'd never spoken before to which he quickly replied "ah right ok leave it with me" and then promptly hung up

Claimed to be EE/BT offering me a loyalty promotion. Heavy Indian accent and sounded like a loud call center, I could hear other conversations in the background. I have never been a customer of EE. Scam call. He hung up as soon as I asked to be removed from their list.

Polite male caller asked her to confirm her name and address which he told her and she did. Was called out of the blue about the crypto world trade centre scam, wanting to send me an email to get my funds back - sounds really dodgy apparently they are Virgin Tech - no website, I rang the number back, it connected to ananswerphone message but with no mention of the company. Alarm bells.

This number called me, an automated voice said that it was customs and revenue and that I owed tax. I hung up before the message was finished.
