This is UNICEF call and harasses me daily. The calls are to a UK mobile but since I live in France each call costs both me and UNICEF money - far in excess of my original text donation. It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!!
