SCAM Cold call from John of the equity team claimed changes to equity release scheme, wanted to ask me questions to see if I was eligible 'phishing' said I wasn't interested, he said I didn't need to be at this stage I then said he had cold called and it was illegal he said that wasn't right. I repeated he was a cold caller and I wasn't interested. He remained polite but realised he was getting nowhere. I withheld my number and rang 01970607568, it rang, then automated voice, number not accepting calls.

The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. I came searching for this number because I received email from them impersonating themselves as Credisprings.uk. They said my loan was accepted and I could have it straight away in my bank account. But at the end, they wanted £70 upfront to release the loan. Its definitely a scam because I went to the company official website and they said they never ask for money upfront. Beware!
