called today claiming to be from UK health security agency regarding covid 19 vaccination status. uttered obscenities and hung up when questioned about why they were using an inactive mobile number to initiate the call. had details of the street that i stay in.

They addressed me by name and claimed that I requested a call back regarding financial services/trading. I'm a bit worried that they had my name and it seems that this was the only purpose of the call, to confirm the name pertaining to the mobile No. They hang up immediately.

Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . Call from supposed local exchange and when answerphone cut in automated message informed me money had been taken from my card and to press 1 to contact them. Obvious scam as have had identical message from various numbers over the past year.

SCAM Received a call this morning, they claimed to be Amazon saying they had taken £3,000 from my account. Good luck with that! I told them that I didn't mind and that Amazon can have every penny that I own, then put the phone down.
Recorded message claiming to be from 'bank security' (bank unidentified) telling me of two transactions of £300 and £1100 made using my 'card' (also unidentified) and asking a for a number to be pressed for further information. I hung up.The number appeared to be a standard Cambridge number, but not one I recognised.
