Phone No. 01329239173 phoned today and claimed to be my bank security, without stating who I bank with, they said that I'd authorised Payments of £300 to Amazon and £1200 from a site I don't normally use. This was obviously a scam to get my Bank Details, I've checked with my bank and no such payments have been authorised, ,thank god. This comes after I've been hit on one of my cards for a payment I hadn't authorised with Fancy2go.com, another con artist.

Lady (Indian region accent) said she was from O2 offering 20% discount on current bill. Wanted to know mother's maiden name, how long I've lived at this address, debit card number, etc. When I challenged why they needed this information, she said it was for their verification team to verify who I was.
