I am in Liverpool and this seems to be a Liverpool number but nobody speaks and its as if the call is being diverted. Anybody else getting this ?
They are an approved EE 3rd party, but seem very unprofessional asking me for security details on an outbound call, goes completely against DPA, unless this has changed in recent years.

Called this number back & she claimed to be from HMRC who apparently have served me with two warrants around miscalculation of Tax. They apparently called at my home on two occasions during lockdown when I was home and not allowed to leave me house. She was very plausible, giving me a name, badge number and warrant ref numbers. Wife received a call from this number purporting to be Amazon support, advising that they had identified a problem on her account (in this case an order for an iPhone @ £499 which was being sent to an unusual address). Before I got involved they had asked her to install TeamViewer on her phone to "help her connect to the Amazon security system". This number just called me, but I did not answer. Looked it up and saw all the concerns about said number, so I'm glad I didn't!

SCAM this phone number 02082679030 called me making out the are from virgin media saying my internet is not secure and they said there were other people logged on with me and they were going to show me how my internet was not secure but it is a scam because they would want to log onto my computer but I'm using windows 10 which doesn't allow for other people to log onto my computer so beware that this number is a scam.

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness.
