This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.

NHS Gower Street Practise
Automated call claiming to be from a bank fraud department with suspicious activity on a card for transactions of hundreds of pounds. No bank name was mentioned and it asked to either authorise payments or choose to speak to someone. When no choice was pressed immediately the call was ended.

I'm an individual counsellor and this person 'Jack' texted me during my Christmas holiday. He pretended to be a client at first, and I responded in case he was a potential client in need. SCAM This is someone claiming to be someone from sky saying the router speed in my area was being checked and the engineers were making changes to speed it up. He asked me to install a support app on my phone so he could check and make changes. At no point did he use my name or go through any kind of ID process. This is a scam.
