Swindon Window Centre called my number this morning and they have held my number on a recall system, so that each time I try to ring out, it automatically rings them and charges for each call. Can t delete this, so have to get on to BT.

"Virginmedia support department" - about the sixth time they have called since Christmas plus one from Talk-Talk. Told me I had a problem with my router. Complete scammers. Recorded message telling me my national insurance number was been compromised and would be cancelled if didn t contact them immediately. Assume was a scam.

They rang me regarding a survey I had completed, as I fill in loads of surveys I believed this to be true.
