She said she is looking into an accident that I was involved in, and that there is about £4000 set aside for me as I was the victim. I asked what case (puzzled) and he said have you got any credit cards or store cards or phone bills debt. I said no to each one then he said ok thanks it must be a mistake. Then i told him to take me off the list.
