Suspected scam. I had a call from 07932918018 this morning. A recorded message said I had unusual transactions on my bank account. I was than put through to an "operative" who asked for my name and date of birth. I hung up at this point and will check with my bank.

Accident Calling from "the insurance company" when I asked him which one he just said about the accident I'd had. I asked which accident, as I've had a lot recently (I haven't needless to say) to which he replied the minor bump in the car. When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)

Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. Missed call, left no vm, no msg, nothing to ID themselves, usually means something crooked these days. Don't know anyone in Manchester, would not have answered it anyway. Blocking this no. & reporting it to provider, etc., or anyone who will take note, if u do that every time for every nuisance/phishing call, it mostly stops for a while at least. Beware, stay safe.

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user.
