Asked for the details of my life insurance policy and they said they were calling from the department. I said what company x3 and that I didn't have my details to hand. The lady was rude and unhelpful. I then had a man call me and I asked more and he explained they get numbers from insurance companies and try to research for cheaper insurance (which normally I would be interested in) but found it was a phishing call and they pester you so block this number!!!!

Another scam number added to my collection. I think I may be touching 90 in my contacts list. I don't mind them ringing and wasting there time. I have my phone on silent/vibrate so I just laugh watching my phone vibrate. They are a bunch of T-----s.

I was curious of this number previously but have now related it to my house alarm which is set up to text me when there is a fault/activation of my house alarm. Every month an automated check is done on the phone line (hence the 61p charge on my bill) to check the system is still working ok and able to then text when required. A small price to pay I guess for piece of mind when having an alarm system, but unfortunately something my alarm fitter forgot to mention when installing it!
