Nice people, never received a cold call from these people, they ae very professional when called.
I have witnessed family getting harassment calls, invoices and debt collection threats from these stupid people. The magazine they claim to place ads in, is also aware of their scam and of course has no arrangement with them whatsoever. Report them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud and if they send letters, ignore them but keep a record of them so that when they do get caught (a matter of time) you can contribute evidence if required. This is a company called utilita marketing. If you ring them back they give you the option to opt out of all calls from them.
