Very annoying, they call you and when you answer, the phone hangs up. Received 27 calls in the past 2 weeks. They offer the opportunity to 'opt out' via a recorded message when you phone them back but the web page they give does not exist.

When the guy asked me when the crash was, I asked him when he thought it was, as clearly knew something I didn't, and he hung up. They called me and knew my name and address. Wanted to confirm this was me saying they wanted to send me a former for a tax over payment. They said they were HMRC and as they already had my detail and even pronounced my name right which surveys calls never do, I said send me the firm. Still not arrived. If HMRC it would come quickly and in their official brown envelop. Sceptical.
