After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type... Due to the fact I took her off script by asking why their automated system had called me, she hung-up.. If this was the DWP, very unprofessional and at least try and sound convincing...
