Clearly this is a nuisance and most certainly is unsolicited. Whilst the number appears to be a Manchester number clearly it is not. An elderly family member had a call from this number and in no way could understand the Asian caller. It is probably a fake number. When they ask if I have been in an accident recently my usual answer is to say "You tell me you seem to know". The Asian man went on to say the call was in relation to a petition I signed, and about a money donation I sent them that was Declined, and wanted me to pay him the donation again with a link he had prepared earlier of which I refused. After the call ended I logged in to my bank and found the payment I previously paid to Greenpeace had already cleared. Reported To Police And Action Fraud.
