This number calls MANY times a day. Quite clearly it is an automated call as there is never at the other end!

This number rings my mobile every morning, never leaves a message, and there is no actual ring heard; it is only when I get a message from O2 that shows I have been called, but I cannot delete or stop this number from contacting me. What can I do

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Call a person /persons I m assisting simply don t communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don t pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court.
