Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

It's halifax online banking absolutely top service I was talking to them last night and was walked step by step right through the full app and was able to initiate extra online and security triggers and enable spend and activity alerts direct to me along with unusual or unnecessary activity raisingvan alert to the fraud desk and me. This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.
