I received a few calls from this number on 25th October 2020 at around 01:00 . It appears to have been an elderly lady who misdialled the number.

Still not sure who called, rang it back as expecting contact with Brentford County Court, the call was answered by answer machine that said "Trying to connect you" then some music and then the line went silent so I cut the call when that happened and still no answer. Seems dodgy now but will see if they ring back.

Fraud, said they were Virgin security. Went along with him for 3 mins, pressing buttons on my landline when he was telling me to go to AppStore. Then he asked about my phone line I said it was BT. He then said he was from BT. I didn’t point out at the start of the call he’d said he was from Virgin. He asked who provided my Internet connection, I said that I used to have the Internet but it broke about a year ago and as I didn’t use it I didn’t get it fixed. He hung up. Total call time, 5 minutes

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. And when u click any of those annoying adverts to go away it wont let you, however during that 20sec period what they do is they steal all your metadata incl. your ip address, pr
