SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Left voicemail twice saying from MHRC and was filing law suit. I called back and asked who they were, said his name was Olivier and was case officer at HMRC. Asked him where he was calling from, he said 100 Parliament Street, London. I said I doubted that. He said f**k off motherf**ker and hung up!

Someone called insisting to talk to the boss (they already knew his name, which is not difficult if you check companies house). They said they cannot even send an email with their name as it's confidential. It's about shareholding or whatever. I think they have been sending us mail as well.

Missed call, called back to find it these people asking me to do a household survey. I asked them to remove my number, they said would be done in 24-48hrs, I reminded them that they should temove it immediately (they do a call one day they sell the numbers on the next), they repeated their timeline so I reminded them of the law.

I answer phone screaming in pain, man ask me if I have accident in last 3 month, I scream "Yes!" He say I may have claim, and ask when I have accident? I scream "when running for phone! I slip, I fell, I ouch!" He say claim exclude last 3 minute. I cry. Then weird man ask if I want sky? I scream "I looky at sky, my legs die when fall answering phone for claim no happen." Asked if I wanted help with my loans and ppi - i queried what loans and ppi - they eventually admitted they don t know what loans or ppi - so i declined. I was then informed by the experienced sales person that he supposed ignorance is bliss and if I want to live like that then so be it. There s a four letter word with his name all over it... needless to day despite many times of asking them to scrub me from their databases they continue to pester me with inane rubbish.
