This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. SCAM - Automated Robot voice claiming to be from the UK Inland Revenue (HMRC), demanding an instant phone call back. HMRC never do anything like that - they are slow and meticulous, doing everything in legal writing, never by phone. This is clearly a SCAM.
It s a scam, I have not registered with any gov site, so they are just ringing on the off chance that you have.

Been having these people call non stop twice a day! I have blocked over 15 numbers which they use since they bombard me with texts and voicemails asking for a Victoria - The funny things is that I m male and I don t know a Victoria! I have told these people to stop calling me and that they have the wrong number. Don t worry a lawsuit will soon be in place for harassment since I have recordings of all communications.
