I have never bought software packaging from anywhere other than a high street shop, so obviously a scam. The name on the email was David Morgan and the telephone was 0203 1297 774. Claimed to be Telephone Preference Management. I told him I already belonged to Telephone Preference Service but he said that their service was better and as a valued customer I would not have to pay weekly, monthly or annually. A one -off payment.I screamed laughing and hung up.
