SCAM claimed to be insurance on domestic appliances up for renewal - quoted my name, address and phone number (all as per phone directory) at me,then asked for my date of birth for verification - I asked him to tell me my date of birth so that I could verify it and (surprise, surprise) the line went dead.
THIS was an automated call supposedly from visa debit department. As I do not accept normally get calls directly from visa I assume this was either a spam or scam call and put the phone down

Fraud SCAM Fake text from Evri about a missed parcel and a link to get it re-delivered. Knew straight away this was fake as i have stuff delivered by them quite a lot. The tracking number in the text was too short (P91MV8M), Evri tracking numbers are 16 digits long.

Very slick, found out where my child goes and said 'headmaster will call you yo thank you'......then start pressurising payment over the phone and calling back daily. Indian lady with call centre background noise called, she said she was from carphone warehouse. And gave me a iphone 15 max deal with unlimited Internet and calls for £18. I have signed up, she took my credit card and bank details. She said she'll get the phone delivered today...I'm not sure if this was a real or fake because i can't see any such offers today.
FRAUD Had the same call yesterday but different local number Foreign voice saying he was called John Claiming to be card security and asked for my bank name. I asked which card and they hung up. Yesterday, after they had made some wild guesses at my details which a genuine caller would know, I got proposals of marriage from the so called "manager"????

This number keeps messaging me claiming to be Domino's pizza offering special deals of the day. The problem is it claims to be in Llanelli and I live in Birmingham.
This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.
I have no idea who called from this number but did say his name was Julian in a text . But is a scam I am sure if it ..

Think the name was "Aurora IT Solutions" or "Corona". Unwanted call offering vague 'help' with company phones and IT. Said we'd need to fill out forms and post back in order to be removed from their calling list. Don't talk such rubbish down the phone, and kindly stop cold-calling us immediately.
