Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.
I got a call this morning from a guy with an Asian accent saying he's from John lewis. He started saying he was going to ask me a security question and I told him I'll call John lewis myself. He quickly dropped the call.

Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . SCAM Some random guy called saying he was from the Covid vaccination line, he addressed me by my first and surname then asked if i had been vaccinated. All i said was "well if you're calling from the vaccination team you should know if i have been vaccinated or not" so he hung up!
