I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). SCAM Claimed to be from Virgin Media, said they'd detected an abnormality in my broadband speed and asked me to provide details of my modem. I asked if I could have a contact number to call them back on to confirm they were genuinely from Virgin Media, and they instantly hung up.
