Olease Login at https://Paypal.usersecurity-ref018.com?p=4 to remove any pending restrictions" Of course I did not respond but simply forwarded the message and number to my service provide on 7726 who state they will log it and investogate. My paypal account remains unaffected.

I typed the number in a search engine and thanks to others listing it was able to discover its Oxfam calling me on a daily basis. Have never answered call and no message is left. Fraud Claiming to be National Insurance problem with stolen NI NUmber
I was called today, January 20 th 2021, the automated voice claimed to be calling from The UK Crime Agency stating that there had been a number of illegal activities involving my National Insurance Number and so it would be suspended and a new one issued when I dialled 1 to sleak to an official, I hung up.
SPAM This is so strange they left a voicemail and it was a woman speaking in Chinese or something similar. Bizarre
